Odem Scientific Applications is an Israeli vacuum-technology company founded in 1998 in Rehovot's Science Park and now based in Ness Ziona. It is the exclusive Israeli representative of global vacuum equipment makers such as Pfeiffer Vacuum, and provides service, clean-room parts cleaning, leak checking and turnkey sub-assemblies and system integration for the semiconductor, defense, electro-optics and medical industries. Part of the Gevasol Group since 2019-2020, with private equity firm Kedma Capital joining the ownership in 2025, it is led by CEO Eyal Peer.
